We specialize in premium, high-quality textiles with a focus on sustainable materials and exceptionally soft fabrics. Our collections frequently feature luxurious Gajji Silk, lightweight and breathable Georgette, Ojaria, and Opada silk, all chosen for their elegant drape and comfort.

Question 2: How should I wash and care for my Bandhej, Lahariya, and silk garments?

To preserve the vibrant colors and delicate hand-crafted nature of our traditional Rajasthani prints and premium silks, we highly recommend dry cleaning only. Avoid direct sunlight when airing them out to prevent color fading.

Question 3: How do I find the right size for my ethnic wear?

We provide a detailed Size Guide on every product page. Since traditional wear can sometimes fit differently depending on the cut (like salwar suits versus sarees), we recommend comparing your body measurements with our chart. If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

Question 4: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can typically be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. Please contact our customer support team immediately with your order number if you need to make a change.

Question 5: How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard domestic shipping usually takes between 5 to 7 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can monitor its journey to your doorstep.

Question 6: Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we love sharing the vibrant heritage of Rajasthan with the world! International shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Question 7: What is your return and exchange policy?

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. The garments must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Please contact our support team for more information.

Customer must record an Opening video while receiving the shipment. Opening video will be required for return. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.

You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.

Question 8: Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Custom-stitched items, altered garments, and clearance sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Also free gifts and sale items are not returnable.

Question 9: Are there any charges for return?

Return courier charges of only free shipping items will be bear by customer.

There are no charges for return other products. Original shipping charges are non-refundable

You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping.

Question 10: How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and you will get the refund amount within 5-7 days.
